Alfen Eve Single

This page describes the connection of a ready installed Alfen Eve Single (Pro-line & S-line) to the Manager flex.

Number of compatible wallboxes per SOLARWATT Manager flex: 1

User account to use this software. This can be requested from Alfen support(https://alfen.com/de/kontakt).
Firmware version Alfen: > 4.12.
The charging pole is installed according to Alfen installation instructions.
The charging pole is connected to the local network.

In order for the Manager flex to communicate with the Alfen wallbox, you must make the following settings in the Alfen ACE Service Installer:

In the Load Balancing menu, activate Active Load Balancing in the Active Balancing submenu
Select Energy Management System as data source
Activate Allow 1- and 3- phased charging (phase switching)

Select drop-down menu in the charging station Alfen section.
In the configuration menu, enter the IP address of the Alfen wallbox under Hostname of the device and select Add device to search.
Click Search devices and install
