Need help filling out the Battery flex warranty activation form? This page shows you where to find all the information you need to enter.

    To activate the warranty, please enter the serial numbers of all components in the form.

    You will find the serial numbers on the type plates attached to the inside of the right hinged doors of the components.
    The hinged doors are only held closed by a magnet. The door opens when you press lightly on the area of the hinged door facing the wall (see video).

    Where can I find the serial number of the control module?

    The control module is the Battery flex base of your system.
    You will find its serial number on the type plate attached to the inside of the right wing door of the base (see illustration).

    The serial number to be entered on the form is the 12-digit Product SRN.

    Note: The serial number contains a letter only in the second position. The rest consists of digits. All characters that visually appear as 0 are therefore also zeros.

    Where can I find the serial numbers of the battery modules?

    The battery modules are (min. 1 to max. 7) Battery flex middle packs and the top battery module Battery flex top pack.
    You will find the serial numbers of the packs on their nameplates, which are attached to the inside of the hinged door of the Battery flex packs (see figure).

    The serial number to be entered on the form is the 12-digit Product SRN.

    Note: The serial number contains a letter only in the second position. The rest consists of digits. All characters that visually appear as 0 are therefore also zeros.
