SOLARWATT, the European market leader in glass-glass modules and one of the world's largest manufacturers of power storage systems, is expanding its sales force. The most prominent addition is Carsten Pattberg, former Vice President of Sales at SolarWorld, who has traded the Rhine for the Elbe. At SolarWorld Pattberg was responsible for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia and built up and expanded the international sales structures. Further additions to the sales team are to follow.
"We would like to answer the growing demand for photovoltaics with an intensified focus on our work in sales. We will continue to develop this further," says Detlef Neuhaus, SOLARWATT’s CEO. "We are delighted to have won over such an experienced sales expert with Carsten Pattberg. And we are proud that SOLARWATT as an employer has such a positive impact that we were able to turn the heads of several experts from SolarWorld our way."
"I am delighted to meet the challenge of further expanding SOLARWATT’s success in my new position," says Carsten Pattberg, commenting on his move to the premium supplier from Saxony. "We will work together to constantly improve customer service in all our markets and continue to zealously pursue our ambitious growth targets."
Last month already heralded expansion in the SOLARWATT sales department. Felix Bräuer and Sven Schwarz, two of the company's own, switched to new roles. Felix Bräuer is now Vice President of Sales for the DACH region, and Sven Schwarz is now Vice President of Sales Support. An increasing number of Premium Partners have inspired these additions to the sales team and Mr. Bräuer and Mr. Schwarz will be paying particular attention to this customer segment.
